To update your payment method, change plans, or cancel a subscription, sign in and go to My Account โ†’ Billing โ†’ Manage Subscription. This takes you to a secure Stripe-hosted page where you have full control over your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in โ†’ tap your profile icon โ†’ Billing โ†’ "Manage Subscription / Cancel." You'll be taken to Stripe's secure portal where you can cancel anytime โ€” no charge for the remainder of your current billing period.

Is my pet's data private?

Yes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and used.

Can I export my pet's records?

Yes โ€” open any pet's profile and tap "Export" to download a complete health summary.

I found a lost pet โ€” how do I see their info?

Scan the QR code on their tag, or visit the sign-in page and tap "Emergency Pet Lookup" โ€” no account required.
