Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YourPetPass ("we," "us," "our," or the "Service"), operated by RD Marketing LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourPetPass is a pet health records and travel planning platform that allows you to store vaccination records, medical history, and travel documentation for your pets, and to generate AI-assisted travel requirement checklists.

Important: AI-generated travel checklists are provided as a planning aid only. Pet travel regulations change frequently and vary by country, airline, and circumstance. You are solely responsible for verifying all requirements with the relevant government agencies, airlines, and veterinary authorities before traveling. We are not liable for denied boarding, quarantine, fines, or any other consequence resulting from reliance on checklist content.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

YourPetPass offers free and paid subscription tiers (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and, except for Lifetime purchases, renew automatically until cancelled.

• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period unless required by law.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively to an already-completed Lifetime purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Upload false veterinary records, falsified health certificates, or fraudulent documentation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or pet records
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the AI features to generate content for any pet other than your own, except where explicitly authorized (e.g., as a veterinary professional acting on a client's behalf)

6. Emergency QR Health Card

The Emergency QR feature creates a tokenized, no-login emergency page for a pet. It is not a public pet directory. You control whether the feature is enabled and which supported emergency fields are shared. The Emergency QR does not expose the pet's full medical record or private uploaded documents. Anyone who has the QR code or its associated link may be able to view the fields you chose to share, so you are responsible for those choices.

7. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program, your commission rate, payout terms, and program participation are governed by the specific agreement communicated to you at signup, in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify commission structures or terminate the affiliate program with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by RD Marketing LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your pet's health records and other content you upload.

You grant RD Marketing LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your uploaded content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content through the Service.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material made available through YourPetPass infringes your copyright, follow the notice process on our Copyright Complaints page. We may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate under applicable law and may address repeat infringement or abuse of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RD Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to denied pet travel, veterinary costs, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
