Copyright Complaints

YourPetPass respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material made available through the Service infringes your copyright, you can send us a detailed notice. This process also covers notices submitted under applicable copyright laws, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act where it applies.

How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

Use our contact form and put Copyright Complaint in the subject line. Please include:

Please do not include unnecessary pet health records, medical documents, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in a copyright complaint.

What We May Do

We may review the notice, request clarification, remove or restrict access to material when appropriate, and notify the affected account holder. We may also take action against repeat infringement or misuse of the Service where appropriate.

If Material Was Removed by Mistake

If you believe material you submitted was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, use the same contact form, put Copyright Counter-Notice in the subject line, identify the affected material, explain why you believe the action was mistaken, and provide the information required by applicable law. We may request additional information before restoring access.
