Copyright Complaints
How to Submit a Copyright Complaint
Use our contact form and put Copyright Complaint in the subject line. Please include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific material you believe is infringing and enough information for us to locate it within the Service.
- Your name and reliable contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please do not include unnecessary pet health records, medical documents, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in a copyright complaint.
What We May Do
We may review the notice, request clarification, remove or restrict access to material when appropriate, and notify the affected account holder. We may also take action against repeat infringement or misuse of the Service where appropriate.
If Material Was Removed by Mistake
If you believe material you submitted was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, use the same contact form, put Copyright Counter-Notice in the subject line, identify the affected material, explain why you believe the action was mistaken, and provide the information required by applicable law. We may request additional information before restoring access.
